This property is described as the west one -half of lot 6, all of lots 7, 8, 9, Block 2, Watson & Rice's sub - division C of Block 1, Stinson, Brown & Ramsey's Addition. The zoning is light industry.' A Public hearing_is not required. On December 28,1957 the City Council granted the applicant a permit .to install and operate a customer parking lot on this site. Appli- cant is presently requesting permission to add one additional driveway on West Seventh Street. This property is presently operated as a customer parking lot in connection with an off-sale liquor store. The plans are in accordance with existing- standards for parking lot facilities, and the layout and operation has been approved by the Traffic Engineer. Field investigation discloses no objection from the standpoint of adjacent land use or traffic.
