RESOLVED, that Lloyd Stransky be permitted to remodel
an existing customer parkingjlot at the southeast corner of
Richmond and,West Seventh Streets, on property described as the
west one -half of Lot 6, all of'Lots 7, 8, and 9, Block 2,
Watson &Ricers Subdivision C of Block 1, Stinson, Brown &
Ramsey's Addition, in accordance with plans approved May 22,
1958, and subject to compliance with the provisions of all
ordinances govern ing the operation of parking lots, and subject
to the further condition that sidewalks abutting said premises
be kept clean and free of ice and snow at all times.

This is in the matter of the` application of Lloyd Stransky for a
permit to remodel an, existing customer parking lot on property
located adjacent to the southeast corner of Richmond and West Seventh
Streets. This property is described as the west one -half of lot 6,
all of lots 7, 8, 9, Block 2, Watson & Rice's sub - division C of
Block 1, Stinson, Brown & Ramsey's Addition. The zoning is light
industry.' A Public hearing_is not required.
On December 28,1957 the City Council granted the applicant a permit
.to install and operate a customer parking lot on this site. Appli-
cant is presently requesting permission to add one additional driveway
on West Seventh Street. This property is presently operated as a
customer parking lot in connection with an off-sale liquor store.
The plans are in accordance with existing- standards for parking lot
facilities, and the layout and operation has been approved by the
Traffic Engineer. Field investigation discloses no objection from
the standpoint of adjacent land use or traffic. In consideration of
these factors, the Board of--Zoning recommends that-tbis permit be
granted in accordance with applicant's plans approved May 22,•1958.
