COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM

COMMISSIONER DATE
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council of the
City of Saint Paul and the membersthereof involved to change
the said Council membership on the Joint City and County
Detention and Workhouse Facility Commission established by
Laws of Minnesota for 1955, Chapter 353; and
WHEREAS, it is said Council's desire to have
Commissioner Mrs. Donald M. DeCourcy serve as a member of
said Commission, now, therefore, be it
$RESOLVED, by the Council, that it does hereby
appoint Commissioner DeCourcy as a member of said Joint
City and County Detention and Workhouse Facility Commission
in place of Commissioner Adrian P. Winkel.
