COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM
PRESENTED BY

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council of the City
of Saint Paul and tie members thereof involved to change the
said Council membership on the Joint City and County
Detention and Corrections Authority established by Laws
of Minnesota for 1955, Chapter 353; and
WHEREAS, it is said Council's desire to have
Commissioner Mrs. Donald M. DeCourcy serve as a member of
said Authority, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Council, that it does hereby appoint
Commissioner DeCourc'y as a member of said Joint City and
County Detention and Corrections Authority in place of
Commissioner Adrian P. Winkel. •
