RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment
and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the electrical work at
the City Market, 500 Jackson Street, St. Paul, Minnesota to QUALITY ELECTRIC
COMPANY INC. ih accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and
the Formal Bid ;7093 of said Quality Electric Company Inc. for the contract price
of $795.00, such bid being the lowest and said Quality Electric Company Inc.
being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby
is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
of Saint Paul.
