RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby authorized with
the consent of the Mayor and the Comptroller to issue Purchase Order to
ST. PAUL CORRUGATING COMPANY for 401 3011x14 ga. Corrugated galvanized
steel pipe and five connecting bands for use in supply of raw waters at
a cost of $259.859 without advertisement or competitive bids as an
emergency existed where failure to act promptly would work hardship to

the best interests of the City.
