Contract Number G -845 was awarded to Armor -Coat Finish-
ing Co., Inc., for Installation of a Parking Lot for the
Public Safety Building located at Robert, Tenth, and
Eleventh Streets, Saint Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract, it
was found advisable to re- oil,the parking.lot and at the
request of the Commissioner of' Public Safety, negotiations
have been conducted with the contractor, who agrees to do
the oiling and sanding for $900.00, which is a reasonable
amount for the labor and materials involved.
It is, therefore, requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council, authorizing this extra in the amount of
$900600 to Contract Number G -845 to cover the above de-
scribed work.
