RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves
the application of Rolf Slen, Spec�al Assistant Attorney General of

the State of Minnesota, as submitted to the County Auditor for the
abatement of the general taxes for 1957 on 8_paxcels in Ward 8 as
shown on application No. 75311 and condemned for State Trunk Highway
392, together with special assessments, totaling $890.08, and recom-
mends that the Commissioner of Taxation of the State of Minnesota
cancel said taxes and assessments.
