Company for Mechanical Construction of Six Recreational
Shelter Buildings, Saint Paul, Minnesota, said credit
being for elimination of meter pits at the six recreational
buildings on account of revision of the water service, and
agreement having been made with the contractor and a memo-
randum of said agreement having been filed with the Comptroller
and countersigned by him.

Dear Sir:
Contract G -834 was awarded to Charles Harris Plumbing
Company for Mechanical Work for Six Recreational Shelter
Buildings, St. Paul.
During the course of the work, it was found advisable
to revise the water service to eliminate meter pits
and the contractor is allowing the City a credit of $300
for this work, which is a reasonable amount for the labor,
and material involved.
We are requesting that a resolution be introduced into
the Council authorizing this credit to the contract.
