Holland Dept. of Parks, Playgrounds And 4 Public Buildings Dear Sir: Contract G -834 was awarded to Charles Harris Plumbing Company for Mechanical Work for Six Recreational Shelter Buildings, St. Paul. During the course of the work, it was found advisable to revise the water service to eliminate meter pits and the contractor is allowing the City a credit of $300 for this work, which is a reasonable amount for the labor, and material involved.
