No. 5225, expiring January 31, 1959, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the new stockholders be Chester W..Oden, Sr., and John L. Rial, that
Chester W. Oden, Jr., Vice - president and Toya Marie Oden, Secretary and
Treasurer withdraw their respective offices in the above corporation, and that
