RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves
the application of Rolf Slen, Special Assistant Attorney General of
the State of Minnesota, as submitted to the County Auditor for the
abatement of the general taxes for 1957 on 7 parcels in Ward 11 as
shown on application No. 75310 and condemned for State Trunk Highway
392, together with special assessments, totaling 1,886.1+1, and re-
commends that the Commissioner of Taxation of the State of Minnesota
cancel said taxes and assessments. '
