A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative theretp, and having fully considered the same;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul thatthe precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is condemn and take an easement f.or the purpose of
constructing and - maintaining a public sewer onp under and across the westerly 4 ft, of
the easterly 6 ft. of Lot ll,"Chute Bros. Division No.101 from Charles Ave. to the alley
in the rear of said lot. Alan condemn and take a temporary easement for construction
purposes on a strip of land Q,ft. in width on the west side of the above easement and
the easterly 2 ft. of Lot 11 and the westerly 6 ft.or Lot 10 in said Chute Bros.Division
No.10, from-Charles Ave. to the alley in Chute Bros.,Division No,10.
and the Council hereby orders said improvements to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lands or easements therein be and the same are
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of making said improvements, viz.:
An easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under
and across the westerly u ft. of the easterly 6 ft. of Lot 11, Chute Bros. Division No.101
from Charles Ave. to the alley in the rear of said lot. Also condemn and take a temporary
easement for construction purposes on a strip of land 8 ft. in width on the west side of
the above easement and the easterly 2 ft. of Lot 11 and the westerly 6 ft. of Lot 10 in
said Chute Bros. Division No.10, from Charles Ave. to the alley in Chute Bros.Division
No.10,
RESOLVED, FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and the proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to proceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.
