Chamber of the Court House and City Hall, in said City, at
ten o'clock A. M. on August 19, 1958, upon the advisability
and necessity of the repair, replacement,. remodeling, or
wrecking of the single family dwelling on Lot 9, Cox's
lst.Addition to St. Paul, according to the plat thereof
recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey
County, Minnesota, also described as No. 674 West Water Street,
because said structure is reported to be dangerous and unsafe

Inspections have been completed of the single family dwelling
at 674 West Water Street which is also-known as Lot 9, ox s

This building is 33 by 21 by 22, and has been vacant for over
four years. The limestone foundation is deteriorated and
bulging. The house shows signs of settling, the roof sags,
and plaster is cracked and loose. The wiring is in very poor
condition and there is no plumbing. Floors are buckled and
uneven, and some rafters and roof boards are rotted. It is
my recommendation that it be wrecked and removed.
A Danger Notice has been posted. The last known record owner
is James Hammer and his last known address is 674 West-Water
Stree .
Please set a hearing in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the
St. Paul Legislative Code, which outlines condemnation proced-
ure,
