RESOLVED, that puVuant to the recommendation of the
Sinking Fund Committee, as set forth in Council File No. 188308,
approved July 11, 1958, the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to sign a Guardianship Agreement submitted to
the City by the Empire National Bank of St. Paul, which agreement
will have the effect of permitting the Bank to substitute
2%
$500,000 U. S.7 Treasury Bonds of 1961 due November 15, 1961
for the cash security pledged pursuant to the terms and conditions
of the aforementioned resolution Council File No. 188308, said
bonds to be hereafter retained as collateral for City deposits
with said Empire National Bank of St. Paul.
