LOBDELL Supt. of Public Recreation i We have completed inspections of the sin le famil dwelling at 903 May Street, also known as Lot T,—Mock 10, Birmingham s ,'four dTit76Tr'� Saint Paul, Minnesota. This is a two story frame dwelling, 22 by 16 by 20, vacant for some time. It is posted by the Health Department. A hand pump provides cistern water. There is no bathroom,-nor sewer facil- ities. Plaster is badly cracked, loose and falling. Floors have settled out of plumb, windows are broken and"have been ` boarded up. Front and side porches are rotted and settling. This building has become a fire and health menace, dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property. It should be wrecked and removed from the premises. Danger Notices have been posted. The last known record owner is Fran ' a 90 Joseph Yares, administrat- or, resides at 162 ace Street.
