General Fund in full settlement of his claim against the
City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his —�
injury of January 14, 1958, while in the employ of the
Department of Public Safety, whereby he suffered a temporary
total.disability until March 2, 1958, and 10 per cent per-
manent partial disability to his right foot,.and ankle.
