Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
constructing a sewer in Burr Street, f`r'om 147 ' feet `south of, Ai1 . ington Avenue to
25� feet north ,.af Ivy A:-- enue; :in Cottage Avenue fra�n.'Burr.- Street to ,DeSotol Street;
in Desoto-Street from Cottage Avenue to 300 feet,,south.of Arlington Avenue; -from
.DeSoto-Street to 'Arkwright istreet,in a 20 foot easement, the center, line or said-
easement being- described as being parallel to aiid 300 feet south of the south
property line of Arlington Avenue `and said easement extending from Desoto Street,
to Arkwright Street; in Arkwri *ght Street from 300 feet south of Arlington Avenue-
to Cottage Avenue, and in Cottage Avenue from Arkwright Street to Edgemont Street-

the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 20th
day of August 19 -58_, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of

the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular ovine j U Lw�r,t notice is directed.
