RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
following employees listed below, in the city department set forth,
shall be entitled to and receive the basic mileage allowance provid-
ed for in Ordinance No. 11012, Section 1, subject to the maximum
set out opposite the name of said employee, as listed herein, pur-
suant to the provisions of said Section 1 relative to the maximum
provided for car allowance for employees, and effective on the
date set out opposite each name:

Dear Council Members:
In accordance with Ordinance No. 11012, Council File No.
182842, and the resolution contained in Council File No.
182872, the Car Mileage Allowance Committee has passed on
certain requests received from the Department of Public
Utilities for the placing of certain individuals on the bas-
ic car allowance plus mileage as authorized in the ordi-
nance and resolution.
The following are the employes, together with the maximum
to be paid under the basic car allowance or Plan B, as ap-
proved by the Committee, as well as the effective dates of
the authorization.
