RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equip-
ment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the Painting at the
Como Park Zoo Building, Saint Paul, Minnesota, to M. H. SIME DECORATING CCWANY
in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal
Bid #7216 of said M.H.Sime Decorating Company for the contract price of $3114.00,
such bid being the lowest and said M.H.Sime Decorating Company being a reasonable
and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw
up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City offi6iatls hereby
are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
