This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and ,safety. THE COUNCIL OF'THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. (NW %)of the Northwest Quarter (NWA) of Section 7, Township 29, Range 21, West, lying northerly and westerly of a line drawn parallel with and 100 feet distant northwesterly from the,center line of the main track of the Wisconsin Cent2al Railway Company's Railroad as the same is now located, constructed and operated over and across said Northwest Quarter (NW4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW %) of said Section 7, according to the United States Government Survey thereof, except that portion described in Book 84 of Deeds, page 154 and subject to existing highways, 188373 solely for sanitary dewage drainage purposes and subject to all provisions, terms and conditions of this ordinance which are hereby made applicable thereto with the same intent, purpose and,effect as if such next above described real property were entirely situate within the corporate limits of said Village. That no connection other than that authorized under Section 1 of this Ordinance directly between the public sewer system of said Village and the public,adwer system of sad City shall be constructed, maintained or operated without further express authorization-therefor by`-the Council of said City. 11 Section 2. That the operative effect of this ordinance and its amendment of said prior Ordinance No. 10080, shall be con- tingent upon the acceptance of the same by said Village not later than sixty days next after the passage and approval of this ordinance, such acceptance by said Village to be repre- sented by its enactment of an ordinance formally'accepting this ordinance and agreeing to abide by all of the provisions, terms and conditions of the same, and the filing of a certified copy of such Village ordinance with the City Clerk and with the City Comptroller of said City of Saint Paul. Section 3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage, approval and publication. Paul to the public sewer system of the City of Saint Paul and thereafter maintain and operate the same as an outlet for said public sewer system of said Village for public sewage conveyance and disposal purposes, and providing applicable terms and conditions."
