THE COUNCIL OF'THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the first paragraph of Section 3 of said
Ordinance No. 10080, approved May 13, 1953, which reads as follows:
"That said Village of North St. Paul shall
not permit any connections to be made to its
said public sewer system, in respect to any
property lying beyond the limits of said
Village and that no connection other than
that hereinabove expressly permitted and
authorized, shall be made between said
Village public sewer system and said City
public sewer system, without further express
authorization therefor by the Council of the
City of Saint Paul.", �-
shall be and said paragraph hereby is amended so that the same
shall read as fdRows:
"That said Village of North St. Paul shall
neither suffer nor permit the installation,
maintenance or operation of any sewer service
connection between its said public sewer system
and any parcel of real property situate outside
its corporate limits, except that said village
may .permit the installation, maintenance and
operation of a sewer service connection between
its said public sewer system and the following
described real property lying beyond ite corporate
limits and situate in the County of Washington,
State of Minnesota, to -wit:

Section 7, Township 29, Range 21, West, lying
northerly and westerly of a line drawn parallel
with and 100 feet distant northwesterly from
the,center line of the main track of the
Wisconsin Cent2al Railway Company's Railroad
as the same is now located, constructed and
operated over and across said Northwest
Quarter (NW4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW %)
of said Section 7, according to the United
States Government Survey thereof, except that
portion described in Book 84 of Deeds, page
154 and subject to existing highways,

solely for sanitary dewage drainage purposes and
subject to all provisions, terms and conditions
of this ordinance which are hereby made applicable
thereto with the same intent, purpose and,effect
as if such next above described real property
were entirely situate within the corporate limits
of said Village. That no connection other than
that authorized under Section 1 of this Ordinance
directly between the public sewer system of said
Village and the public,adwer system of sad City
shall be constructed, maintained or operated
without further express authorization-therefor
by`-the Council of said City. 11
Section 2. That the operative effect of this ordinance and
its amendment of said prior Ordinance No. 10080, shall be con-
tingent upon the acceptance of the same by said Village not
later than sixty days next after the passage and approval of
this ordinance, such acceptance by said Village to be repre-
sented by its enactment of an ordinance formally'accepting
this ordinance and agreeing to abide by all of the provisions,
terms and conditions of the same, and the filing of a certified
copy of such Village ordinance with the City Clerk and with the
City Comptroller of said City of Saint Paul.
Section 3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
upon its passage, approval and publication.

AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 11299,
of the city of saint paul, approved August 12th, 1958, BEING AN ORDINANCE AMEND-
ING ORDINANCE NO. 10080, of the City of Saint Paul, entitled "An Ordinance
Granting Permission and Authority to the Village of North St. Paul to connect
the public sewer system of said Village of North M. Paul to the public sewer
system of the City of Saint Paul and thereafter maintain and operate the same
as an outlet for said public sewer system of said Village for public sewage
conveyance and disposal purposes, and providing applicable terms and conditions."
WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, has heretofore by
Ordinance No. 11299, approved August 12th, 1958, Amended Ordinance No. 10080, by
changing the first paragraph of Section three thereof thereby granting permission
to the Village of North St. Paul, to furnish sewer facilities to a parcel of
land, described as:
All that part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the North-
west Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 7, Township 29, Range 21, West, lying northerly
and westerly of a line drawn parallel with and 100 feet distant northwesterly
from the center line of the main track of the Wisconsin Central Railway Company's
Railroad as the same is now located, constructed and operated over and across
said Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4), of said
Section 7, according to the United States Government Survey thereof, except

approved August 12, 1958, by the City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota.
Section 2. That the.Village Clerk of the Village of North St. Paul be and
hereby is authorized and directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance
with the City Clerk of the City of Saint Paul and with the City Comptroller of
the C* of Saint Paul, upon the passage, approval and publication of this
Ordinance.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication as required by law.
