PAUL COUNCIL NO OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK NCIL RAOLUTION- GENERAL FORM WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds and Public Buildings has reported, in accordance with Section 53 of the City Charter, the existence of an emergency during the period from July 1 to 15, 1958, which rendered necessary the employment of certain employees of the Department of Parks, Playgrounds and Public Buildings for more than eight hours per day or forty hours er week in — 1883350 d0 the following work; p Council File No. 188350 —By Bernardi 1Ylb g T Holland— Expediting the services of the City Architect's office and completing the payroll. , And WHEREAS, This emergency arose by reason of the following facts and circumstances; Extraordinary, heavy demand for the development of bond issue projects and sharp, seasonal increase in activity in all bureaus of the Department. Resolved, That the proper city offi -, cers are hereby authorized to pay certain employes in the Department, of Parks, Playgrounds & Public Build -` ings for extra employment as described in the resolution.
