RESOLVED, that Resolution, Council File 187443, approved
May 14, 1958, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom Paragraph 3
and inserting in lieu thereof the following: t�
"That part of Lot 8, Fred. Althents Subdivision of
Block 61 of Lyman Dayton's Addition to St. Paul
bounded by the following described lines: Commencing
at the most northerly corner of Lot 8; thence south-
westerly on the northwesterly line of said Lot 8 a
distance of 150 feet to a point; thence in a,south-
easterly direction on a straight line to a point
122.40 feet southwesterly from the southeasterly
corner of and on the southeasterly line of aforesaid
Lot 8, thence on the southeasterly line a distance of
122.40 feet to the southeasterly corner of Lot 8;
thence on the northeasterly line to the point of
beginning, Fred. Althen's Subdivison of Block 61 of
Lyman Dayton's Addition to St. Paul."
