In the matter of grading aid surfacing with bituminous material the alley
in Block 3, fBi . InkbnAa- Park. Also constructing a sewer in the alley from a
point 68.36 ft. east of Flandrau St. to the center line of Flandrau St.,
thence north along the center line of Flandrau St. to the existing sewer in
York Ave., under Preliminary Order 185218 approved November 20, 1957, and
Final Order 185920 approved January 28, 1958.
WHEMS, The plans and specifications for the construction of a aewer in
the alley from a poi 9.36 ft. east of Flandrau St, to the center line of
Flandrau St.; thence/along the center line of Flandrau St. to the existing sewer
in York Ave. were approved under C. F. 18?794 approved June 5, 1958; therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted by the Commissioner
of Public Works for the grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley
in Block 3, Birminghams Park be and the same are hereby approved, and the
Commissioner of Public Works 'be and he is hereby directed to do the work by
City Forces at an estimated cost of $3915.00, and that the Purchasing Agent
proceed to procure the necessary materials, and be it
FU RESOLVED, That the cost of the above improvement, including engineering
and inspection expenses amounting to $116.00, or a total of $4331.00, plus the
cost of the sewer, be assessed against the benefitted property.
