on Lot 23 Chute Brothers Division No. 11•from the Alley to Edmund to C. OKAR LEAGUE
in accordance with City plans and - specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid #7175 of said C. Omar League for the contract price of $1,815.00 (plus
Engineering $145.00 and plus Inspection $36.00 by City Forces) such bid being the
lowest and said C. Omar League being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of con-
tract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
