therefor and hereby awards contract for the construction of a sewer in Alley in
Block 3, Birmingham's Park from 68.36' E. of Flandrau to Flandrau thence N. in
Flandrau to York Street to PRANK SERRATORE in accordance with City plans and
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7174 of said Frank
Serratore for the contract price of $1,946.00 (plus Engineering $156.00 and plus
Inspection $39.00 by City Forces) such bid being the lowest and said Frank Serratore
being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby
is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City.
