Whereas, The City Council of the
City of St. Paul at an informal meet-
ing on May 28 considered the reports .
of the Commissioner of Public Works
and the City Planning Board of St Paul
in connection with the routing of
}Trunk 'Highway No. 392 commonly,
known as the Hudson Road as pro-
posed by the Minnesota Highway De-
partment, which presented three alter-
native routes at a public hearing called '
by the Department on April 23, 1958,
therefore be it

Whereas: The City Council of the City of St. Paul at an informal
meeting on May 28 considered the reports of the Commissioner of Public
Works and the City Planning Board of St. Paul in connection with the
routing of Trunk Highway No. 392 commonly known as the Hudson Road as
proposed by the Minnesota Highway Department, which presented three
alternative routes at a public nearing called by the Department on
April 23, 1958, therefore be it

RESOLVED, That on the basis of the reports of the Commissioner of
Public Works and the City Planning Board of St. Paul, the City Council
is of the opinion that the present routing of Trunk Highway No. 392
commonly known as the Hudson Road, when improved to interstate standards,
best serves the City of St. Paul and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and he is
herein authorized and instructed to appear at the continued hearing to be
held at 7:30 p.m. on July 9, 1958 and to recommend on behalf of the City
Council of the City of St. Paul to the Commissioner of Highways, that
Alternate No. 1 being the present route of Trunk Highway No. 12, be selected
as the route for the improvement of Interstate Highway No. 392.
