In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses
for
constructing a sewer in Sylvan Street from Cottage Avenue to Nevada Avenue; in Nevada
Avenue from Sylvan Street to Park Street;,in Park Street from Nevada Avenue to Nebraska
Avenue and in Nebraska Avenue from Park Street to Rice Street - -all of which is to be
known as TROUT BROOK EXTENSION TO RICE STREET; also constructing a sewer in Rice Street
from Cottage Avenue to larpenteur Avenue
under Preliminary Order 170196 approved September 15, -1954
Intermediary Order 171629 approved 'T - w-laxy 1R, 1955 ,
Final Order 17i 953 , approved February 15,_1955
The assessment of for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 6th
day of Quest 19.5B_, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City-Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
