NO. 1882431 WHEREAS, on March 21, 1958, an. accident-- accurred at the intersection of Sixth and Seventh Streets in the City of Saint Paul, involving a police squad car of the City of Saint Paul, No. 325, then being used by Squad No. 307, and a car owned by Capitol - Lincoln, Inc. and driven by one of their employees.. Albert M. Quilling, and WHEREAS, it now appears that the responsibility for this accident is obscure, and the parties involved are desir- ous of reaching a compromise mutually agreeable, now therefore be it RESOLVED, that Registered Bill No. 3 -2852, in the amount of $243.28, representing the cost of repairs to the City vehicle damaged as a result of said accident, be compro- mised and settled in the amount of $121.64 and the proper city officers are authorized and directed to execute a release therefor, accepting the sum of $121.64 from the Iowa National Mutual Insurance Company in behalf of said Capitol Lincoln, Inc. in full settlement of said Registered Bill No. 3 -2852.
