RESOLVED, that the frame duplex dwelling on property
described as Except North 88.0 feet, Lot 8, Grace's subdivision
of Block 2, Willes' Addition to St. Paul, Minn., according to
the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the
Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as
No. 192 ,Duke Street, in Saint Paul, was and is, by reason of its
structural condition, unsafe and dangerous to life, limb and
adjoining property; that said structure is incapable of reasonable
repair, replacement or remodeling so as to make the same reasonably
safe, and should be wrecked and removed from said land, and it
is ordered that said structure be forthwith wrecked and removed
fromsaid land by and at the separate cost and expense of the owner,
occupant, or other person in control thereof.
