Peterson Commissioner of Public Safety Dear Sir: In regard to the application made by the Crown Sign and Construction Company for Connolly Motor Service Inc. to install 1 -3,000 gallon under- ground gasoline storage tank and 1 pump for private use only at their private parking lot located at the rear of 20 -28 W. College Avenue. This installation will be made in accordance with the rules and regulations of the-National Board of Fire Underwriters and the St. Paul Fire Prevention Code and will not increase the fire hazard to amy extent in that vicinity. We, therefore, recommend that permit be granted.
