"COMPLETION OF CONTRACT: All Contracts will be completed on or before the
lst. day of November of;the current year. Orders pending after this date will
,be deleted and placed in the following years contract."

RESOLVED, that the afore said orders are deleted from and removed from the
Contract in District No: 1 with Northwest Flooring 'Co. Inc.; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are authorized, and directed
to notify NORTHWEST FLOORING CO. INC. of said action and to transmit the aforesaid
orders with instructions to complete same to the Sidewalk Contractor for District
No. 1 for 1960.
