THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL TOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to Joseph Sacco and the Queen City Insurance Company, the sum of One Hundred Fifty Dollars (150) in full settlement of their claims against said City for damage to vehicle of Joseph Sacco on April 8, 1959, sustained in a collision with a City vehicle driven by Lawrence Hedeen, at the intersection of Dale Street with Burgess Street in the City of Saint Paul.
