FILE COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM I PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONER— DATE Y RESOLVED, that the law firm of Briggs, Gilbert, Morton, Kyle and Macartney, maintaining offices at Room 2162 West First National Bank Building, Saint Paul, Minnesota, be and hereby is designated and appointed as Special Bond Counsel for the City of Saint Paul in respect of that certain proposed $500,000 par value bond issue, authorized by Chapter 390, Session Laws of Minnesota for 10 1957 and by Ordinance No. 11554, approved September W, 1959, for payment of the City's share of the cost and expense of acquiring, erecting, equipping and furnishing of a Joint City and County Detention Facility or Facilities and a Joint City and County Workhouse of the City of Saint Paul and the County of Ramsey, as authorized by 'Chapter 353 Session Laws of Minnesota for 1955, as amended.
