Dear Council Members:
An inspection has been made of the two story frame dwelling
at 254 West Water Street, on property described as Except
SE 10 feet of Water Street Vacated Adjoining, ExceptA/Easterly }
20 feet of Belle Street Vacated Adjoining, Lots 5 and 6, Block
202, Irvinet's Addition to West St. Paul, Minnesota,
This building is 45 by 20 by 24, windows and doors broken and
open, vacant, fire damaged beyond reasonable repair, dilapi-
dated and should be wrecked and removed.
The last known record owner is Minnesota Rag & Paper Stock
Co., 243 Starkey Street, St. Paul 7, Minnesota, A Danger
Notice has been posted.
Kindly set a hearing for condemnation in accordance with Sec-
tion 1.07 -2 of the St, Paul Legislative Code, which section
outlines condemnation action.
