authorized and instructed to execute an agreement between the City of
St. Paul and the Chicago and North - Western Railway Company covering the
construction of a culvert in an existing ravine on Railway Company
property and permitting the City to waste surplus excavated material
from the construction of Shepard Road on the Railway Company property.

of agreement between the Chicago and North Western Railway
Company and the City of St. Paul, this agreement permitting
