1 WHEREAS, on October 21, 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-
2 1181, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building
3 monitoring fees re-invoiced in July 20Q9 (File No. VB0906, AssessmentNo. 8721); and
5 WHEREAS, the properry at 435 Mazyland Avenue East, be3ng described as:

THOMAS SUBDIVISION OF LOT 1 OF BASS' ACRE LOTS LOT 9 BLK 1
9 with the property identification number 20-29-22-33-0101 was assessed an amount of $1,070.00 for
10 collection of delinquent vacant building monitoring fees; and
11
12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error
13 by department staff.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,070.00, plus any accrued interests, be funded
16 by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #09-1181 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
