LOBDELL Supt. of Public Recreation This office has a request from Rydeen Construction Com- pany for a permit for the construction of a 9t6" high fence, 1951 in length, of wood construction with no open space, across the rear of the parking lot for the drive -in at 1061 University Avenue. The purpose of the fence is to screen the parking lot from the residential area immediately to the north.
