construction with no open space, across the rear of the parking

of the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings.

of Rydeen Construction Co. for a permit for construction of a 916" high fence,
195' in length, of wood construction with no open space, across the rear of the
parking lot for the drive -in at 1061 University Ave., as described in the attached
letter of the City Architect.

This office has a request from Rydeen Construction Com-
pany for a permit for the construction of a 9t6" high fence,
1951 in length, of wood construction with no open space,
across the rear of the parking lot for the drive -in at 1061
University Avenue. The purpose of the fence is to screen
the parking lot from the residential area immediately to the
north.
We can see no objection to this construction and recommend
that this Department be authorized to issue the permit.
