tion Counsel has certified in writing
that it is in doubt as to who is entitled
to the award of damages, in the

of St. Paul; and an easement 20 feet wide for the purpose
of constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under,
and across the tract of land described as follows: Part
of the northeast 1/4 of Section 20, Township 29 North,
Range 22 West, lying east of Parkway Drive, north of said
Catlin's Addition to the City of St. Paul, and southerly
of a line beginning at a point on the east line of and
156.5 feet from the northeast corner of said quarter section,
thence west 660 feet parallel with the north line of said
quarter section, thence at an angle to the right of x'30 7',
66.8 feet more or less to-the southeast line of said a
Parkway Drive; the center line of said 20 foot easement-
_ being described as follows: Beginning at a pointon the
north line of California Avenue, said point being 392 feet
westerly of Arcade Street, thence northerly along Weide
Street vacated and over that tract Tying north of Catlin's
Addition to the City of St. Paul to a point on the north
lime of Section 20, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, said
pd`'.nt being 392 feet westerly of Arcade Street; also a
temporary easement for construction purposes on strips of
land 20 feet in width,on either side of the permanent
easement above described, in the City of Saint Paul, County
0& Ramsey, State of Minnesota, according to the plat thereof
on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds
inland for said County and State;

This is to certify that this office is in doubt as to
who is entitled to the award of damages in the sum of $300.00,
for the taking °of property described as follows:
An easement for the purpose of constructing and main-
