No. 181199, approved January 24, 1957, authorized a compromise settlement of the workmen's compensation act:bncof George Schmidt vs. the City; and WHEREAS, as a part of the stipulation of settlement there- tofore approved, the City recognized the period between November 4, 1955, and January 3, 1956, as being properly chargeable to an injury connected with his duties as a fire fighter; and WHEREAS, at the time of such settlement, through inadvert- ence, restoration of sick leave was not provided for in the afore- mentioned stipulation, now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the proper City records be corrected to provide for the restoration of sick leave to George Schmidt for the time lost between November 4, 1955, and January 3, 1956.
