Council City of Saint Paul Dear Council Members: Under date of November 2, 1959, a printed copy of Council File No. 194430 was mailed to Davidson Co., Pioneer Building, St. Paul 1, and Abe and Mollie Sechter, 148 East Fourth Street, St. Paul 1, which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the four story stone building on the northwesterly 50 feet of the southwesterly '100 feet of Lots 6 and 7, Block 26, City of Saint Paul, also known as the Frontier Hotel at 326 -8 -30 Robert Street. No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of the condemnation proceedings and the building has not been re- moved. Please proceed with the condemnation action which will author- ize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And Public Build- ings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the building thereon and to do any and all things therein neces- sary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoining property.
