RESOLVED, that subsisting contract No. 6-342 made and executed by and
between the Radio Corporation of .America, as Contractor, and the City of
St. Paul, dated May 29, 1956, subject to all applicable provisions, terms
and conditions of the same, shall be increased, in respect of its require-
ments, in the following particulars: ,
That said Contractor, thereunder, be required to furnish,
install and maintain two 2 -way radio remote consoles of the
same make and type already furnished under the existing
Contract No. G -342 0 $42.00 for each installation Cone to be'
installed in the City Oiling Office in Municipal Equipment
Building 92 at 891 North Dale Street and one in Room 234
Court House, St. Paul, Minnesota, to be adjusted and connected
to telephone lines furnished by the Department of Public "Works)
plus $24.00 per month for rental of the same and plus $7.38 per
month fof'iservice and maintenance of the same for the remaining
twenty -four months of the said contract,

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the proper City officers hereby are authorized,,,, in
behalf of said,City, to execute any necessary,rider to said Contract to
effectuate the aforesaid additional requirements in respect of the same,
approved as to form and execution by the Corporation Counsel, and that
all such additional rental and maintenance costs and expense to be
incurred by City shall be chargeable thereto and paid from saidiCity *s
Municipal Equipment Fund 1003 -1434,
