RESOLVED, that First Covenant Church be permitted to
install and operate a 110 car private parking lot on the
south side of Hyacinth Avenue between Arcade and Mendota
Streets, on the N. 140 feet of,the west 260 feet of the east
350 feet of that part of the NW4 of the SWg of Section 21,
Town 29,,Range 22, bounded by Hyacinth, Orange, Arcade and
Mendota Streets, in accordance with plans approved October
22, 1959, and subject to compliance with the provisions of all
ordinances governing the operation of parking lots and to the
further condition that sidewalks abutting said premises belept
clean and _free of ice and.snow at all times.
