RESOLVED, that the Minnesota School Board Association
be given the free use of the Theatre section of the Auditorium

and Stem Hall in the Auditorium January 11th, 12, and 13th, 1960,
for its meetings, the cost of opening and operating said sections
on said dates to be set up in Auditorium Fund 1021; and that said
Association shall have the use of the Exhibition Hall January
11th, 12,7and 13th, 1960, for its convention upon payment of the Bull
rent therefor.
