Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses
for
constructing a sewer from Nebraska Avenue to Montana Avenue in a 20 ft. wide
easement , said easement being described as the easterly 20 ft. of Lot 27 and
the easterly 20 ft. of Lot 121 Block 4,Morton's Addition; from Montana Avenue
to Hoyt Avenue in a 20 ft. wide easement, said easement being described as that
part southerly of the right -of. -way of the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault Ste.
Marie Railroad of the easterly 20 feet of Lot 27, Block,l, and on the north-
westerly 20 feet of those parts of Lots 13, 14, 15 and 26, Block 1, lying south-
easterly of the right -of -way of the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault Ste. Marie
Railroad, Morton's Addition; in Nebraska Avenue from the.terminus of the
existing sewer approximately 298 ft. west of Arkwright St. to 425 ft. east of
DeSoto Street; in Montana Avenue from the easement, said easement being described
as the easterly 20 ft. of Lot 12, Block 4, Morton's Addition to 25 ft. west of
DeSoto St; in Hoyt Avenue from the easement, said easement being described as
the northwesterly 20 ft. of those parts of Lots 13.,-14'., 16 and,26, Block 1,
lying southeasterly of the right -of -way of the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault
Ste. Marie Railroad, Morton's Addition, to Wheelock Parkway; from Wheelock Park-
way to the terminus of Hoyt-Ayenue, 462 ft. west of the west line of Edgerton
Street in a 20 ft. wide easement, said easement being described as the southerly
10 ft. of the north half of the NW-," of Section 20, Townshi? 29-North, Range_ 22
West, and the-northerly iO ft. of the south half'of the NW, of said Section 20,
said easement extending-from Wheelock Parkway to the terminus of_LHoyt Avenue,
462 ft. west of the west line of Edgerton Street; in Hoyt Avenue from the
terminus of Hoyt Avenue, 462 ft. west of the west line of Edgerton St. to
Edgerton Street; in Wheelock Parkway from Hoyt Avenue to a point that is
approximately 755 ft, southeasterly of the intersection of the center lines
of Hoyt Ave. and Wheelock Parkway and approximately 50 ft. northeasterly of.._
the southwesterly line of Wheelock'Parkway' -- all of which is to be known as"'
the "HOYT- WHEELOCK SEWER SYSTEM"
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the-total- cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
