COMMISSIONER DATE
RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor,
materials, equipment and services necessary for and reasonably incidental
to the installation of drinking water coolers in the Ford Parlaaay and Rice
Street Branch Libraries, Saint Paul, Minnesota to A. V. WINTERER & SON in
accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and
the Formal Bid -#7702 of said A. V. Winterer & Son for the contract price of
$887.00, such bid being the lowest and said A. V. Winterer &'Son being a
reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized
of Saint Paul.
