Gentlemen:
We hereby request a special permission to erect a
six foot patio fence on our property, about fifty feet
long. This xa rticular fence would be at least fifteen
feet from the house next door, and four feet from
our house.
In May of 1958 the people next door erected a retain-
ing wall nine inches on our property line. Henceforth
there has been much trouble. We feel.that if a six
foot fence was erected and we sacrificed our rights
to the progerty, the wall is on, peace then could be
obtained.
His Honor ,Tudge A. Gingold has been our legal council
for many years, and we know would vouch for our char-
acter and reputation. Mrs. Karlen also is employed
in the County Assessov+s, office and reference can be
obtained there.
Thanking you for your consideration and time,
