RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro- ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith. Said improvement is necessary and (or) desirable. 2. The estimated cost thereof is $ 11,741.14 , and the total cost (See Letter Attached) thereof is $ and the nature and extent of said improvement is as follows: 3. F. 190849, approved February 3, 1959• The financing of this project as sent to you by our Department was as follows: Assessment $11,741.14 Your Department has reported to us that a considerable amount of the abutting frontage is low and, therefore, cannot be fully assessed.
