Dear Council Members:
ROBERT A. LOWELL
Supt, of Public Recreation
An inspection was made of the one story frame dwelling at 21
Piedmont Street, on Lots 26 and 27, Block 7, Burlington
Heights Division No. 2.
This is a very old dilapidated building, which has been
vacant for six or seven years. The building is not provided
with water nor sewer facilities, doors and windows are broken,
it is open, a fire and moral hazard to the community and
should be wrecked and removed.
A Danger Notice has been posted and we find that Fred Dietze,
855 Agate Street is contract purchaser from the State of Minn-
esota.
We recommend that a hearing date be set in accordance with
Section 1.07 -2 of the Legislative Code outlining condemnation
action.
Yours truly,
Alf d H. Schroeder
