LOWELL Supt, of Public Recreation An inspection was made of the one story frame dwelling at 21 Piedmont Street, on Lots 26 and 27, Block 7, Burlington Heights Division No. 2. This is a very old dilapidated building, which has been vacant for six or seven years. The building is not provided with water nor sewer facilities, doors and windows are broken, it is open, a fire and moral hazard to the community and should be wrecked and removed. A Danger Notice has been posted and we find that Fred Dietze, 855 Agate Street is contract purchaser from the State of Minn- esota.
