ed under Contract G -1763, between the City of Saint Paul and
Robert 0. Westlund Construction Co.,-said contract for Remodel-
ing Highland Golf Course Club House at Montreal Avenue and
Edgcumbe Road, Saint Paul, and said extra to cover certain
changes in the range hood and adding a louvered type fire damper,
this work having been requested by the Commissioner of Parks,
Playgrounds And Public Buildings, and agreement made with the
contractor, and a memorandum of said agreement having been filed
with the Comptroller and countersigned by him.

Contract No. G -1763 was awarded to Robert 0. Westlund Con-
struction Co. for remodelling Highland Golf Course Club
House at Montreal Avenue and Edgcumbe Road, Saint Paul.
During the course of the work under this contract, cer-
tain changes were found to be desirable in the range hood
and to add a louvered type fire damper. Negotiations have
been conducted with the contractor, who agrees to do this
work for an extra of $63.00.
This is a reasonable amount for the labor involved, and
it is therefore recommended that a resolution be submitted
to the Council authorizing an extra in this amount.
