An inspection has been completed of the single family dwell-
ing bearing the number 1986 Benson Avenue, which is located
on Lot 2, Block 3, Majors Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota.
This is a one and one -half story frame dwelling, approximate-
ly 30 by 24 by 22. This building has been vacant for several
years, neglected, and deteriorated. It has no plumbing facil-
ities, it is open, the front porch has rotted and is sagging,
and has no plumbing facilities. It has become a hangout and
is dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining property.
