An inspection has been made of the one story frame dwelling
at 1076 East Rose Avenue, described as Lot 11, Block 3,
Cloverdale ,AGId t- ron-. &C� > t ,
This building is approximately 18 by 35 feet, roof fram-
ing 24 inches on center, vacant, dilapidated, windows open,
an eyesore and dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining proper-
ty.
A Danger Notice has been posted on the building and it has
been determined that George & Lillian Walton, 1076 East
Rose Avenue,, are the last known record owners. Copies of the
correspondence were sent to Mrs. Lila Weaver, 217 Pleasant
Avenue, Apartment 203, St. Paul .2 (daughter) and Old Age
Assistance, County Welfare Board, 476 St. Peter St., St. Paul
2.
We recommend that a hearing date be set in accordance with
Section 107 -2 of the Legislative Code outlining condemnation
action.
